At Champion Lanes, you can book a variety of events, including kids' birthdays, teen parties, social gatherings, and corporate events. For parties with you can contact us via email, Facebook Messenger, call by phone, or visit our front desk to make a reservation. 

We understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust your guest count, simply let us know in advance. 

Yes, you can add guests to your party until the day of the event. However, please note that availability for larger group sizes may be limited. Providing an accurate headcount when booking helps us ensure we have enough space for your group. 

If you need to modify your reservation, send us an email or call us at 812-698-5409, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Changes can be made depending on availability . 

If you need to cancel your event, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. 

Yes, birthday cakes are the exception to our no outside food or drinks policy at Champion Lanes. We offer a full bar and grill with a wide range of food and beverage options for your event. You can explore our offerings on our Menus page.

Each bowling lane at Champion Lanes can accommodate up to 6 people. For example, if your group has 7-12 people, you will need to reserve two lanes. If you need more lanes, just let us know at the time of booking. 

Bumpers can be added to any lane upon request. If you haven’t already specified this during booking, simply ask when you arrive or let us know ahead of time. 

We offer Rock N Bowl every night, where the lights are turned off, and we use a disco ball with vibrant lights to create a fun, party atmosphere. Contact us to find out if Rock N Bowl is available for your event. 

• Bowling lanes are reserved for your group, and the party space will be hosted in a shared area unless you’ve booked a private event. 
• Food is served lane-side, allowing you to continue enjoying the games while you dine. 
• If you’d like more privacy, we also offer a private party room rental option, perfect for larger groups or those wanting a more exclusive experience. 
• Our staff will ensure everything is set up and ready for your party’s arrival.     

One of our trained lane servers will be assigned to your party to assist with your needs throughout the event. If you’d like to hire a private event host or dedicated lane server, please contact us for pricing and availability. 

If additional lane time is available after your scheduled event, you can purchase extra time. Just ask your lane server during the event, and they will help arrange it. 

 Yes, additional food or beverages can be added during your event. Simply speak with your lane server, and they will provide you with available options from our menu. 

We encourage arriving early to ensure a smooth start to your event, especially on weekends when we experience a high volume of guests. While we cannot guarantee immediate availability before your reserved time, arriving a little early allows you to get settled and be ready to enjoy your party as soon as your space is available.

 While we cannot guarantee an extension of your event's duration if you or your guests arrive late, we encourage you to plan ahead to ensure you make the most of your scheduled time. That said, we will do our best to accommodate and adapt to the situation to ensure your party runs smoothly.
